It takes the execution of a well-formed plan to craft a Fine Structures home. Every project moves through three distinct phases to ensure it meets our standards and exceeds your expectations for quality, excellence, value and comfort.
Feasibility Analysis.
This is the phase where we evaluate the important issues of neighborhood, lot size, square foot, conceptual design and configuration, construction budget, price point, features, and amenities. In short, we provide seasoned advice to help optimize the value, clarify the objectives and sketch a plan for how to make it happen. Our initial plan always includes design concept, estimated construction budget and schedule. We also identify barriers and risks to a successful outcome.
Detailed Planning.
We believe that success is always in the details! In this phase our team digs into the details, evaluating every element of the project in order to produce a comprehensive building plan. We work closely with Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and other professional resources to produce architectural drawings, design specs and a detailed Scope of Work.This allows us to deliver accurate budgets, clear schedules and obtain the permits necessary to begin construction.
Crafting.
This is where the fun begins and where the dream becomes a home. Our field team executes the plan, resulting in a new home, completed on budget and on schedule!
